Manufactured using virgin polyethylene resins of the highest quality standards, Hallmark HDPE pipes are light in weight, easy to handle, transport and install. The performance of HDPE pipes during their entire lifetime remains the same, no scale build-up, no-erosion, no-corrosion, no effect of sunlight/UV rays if installed above ground exposed to sun. Hallmark HDPE pipes are available as per all Indian and all International Standards in PE 63, PE80 and PE100 material grade.

The water conveyed through Hallmark PE pipes is fit for human consumption and as PE pipes are inert in nature any type of fluid, chemical, effluent can be conveyed. PE as a material is very tough and inert material, hence there are no effects of surrounding aggressive soil conditions or contents of fluid conveyed. Every low pressure portable sprinkler irrigation set consists of a certain number of 5-metre-long (for international markets) and 6-metre-long (for domestic markets) HDPE pipes, along with fittings like bends, tees, end plugs which have couplers welded firmly at both ends to ensure a quick and effortless connection.

Also, present are attachments like direct pump connectors, which act as transition from a metal pump delivery line to the HDPE system. Items like sprinklers, riser pipes and sprinkler adaptors, complete the portable sprinkler irrigation system. The quantities of the components differ based on the size of the irrigation area.

With the growing requirement for a complete range of sprinkler irrigation pipes and fittings, along with connectors by the plantation sector, especially tea and coffee in India, Hallmark felt the need to develop a separate line of products for the high-pressure lines. This led to the innovation of the high-pressure HDPE coupling system, which over the years, made portable sprinkler irrigation available to every plantation in the Indian subcontinent.

These systems use a separate clamping system than the low-pressure system, with sturdier couplers and a separate leakage stopper known as the square ring.

Also, we have a separate product known as the universal adapter to adapt any aluminium portable pipeline to a HDPE one. We also have a HDPE Valve opener model with the option of butterfly valve connection as well. The portable high pressure sprinkler irrigation system is by far, the flagship of Hallmark’s fleet of products.
